Vegetabley goodness!
Wash chopping away at peppers this morning for a healthy dinner snack & LOVE their yummy colours. It seems a bit of a tradition now to share my ‘chopping board lovelies’ here on the blog, so here is a tasty veggie rainbow which, by the way makes a great marinaded salad with fresh herbs, garlic & red wine vinegar :)
