Button Design...
Greetings! Today I’m designing Buttons & I need your help!!
I’m trying to create a button for contributors to Spoonful, that they can put up on their site, but I can’t decide which one of these is best. I think everyone seems to like the one on the RHS, so it’s between the round button and the balloons…
Would love to hear/read your thoughts…?

ABOVE: by Charlotte Saunders Had a bit of a crappy day yesterday, (there have been worse, I confess) but it all culminated in my spilling a fresh (hugely enjoyable) cup of tea ALL over my keyboard! I know!! I’ve always been so careful about these things…well, until I wasn’t, and no amount of hair-dryer action and pleading would bring my poor innocent keyboard back to life. Sorry...

Just a little post to let you know that you can now buy Spoonful from spoonfulzine.com!
So, if you’re not that into Etsy, or wish to avoid their fee - (and let’s face it, who doesn’t…) you can buy them from our site. We’re still building the actual site, but it’s nice to put a face to the name at least, isn’t it? hehe

Early Christmas presence... x
1. Lately I have been busily packing Spoonfuls into yummy envelopes like a good little munchkin. I’m impressed with the people this organised before Christmas and already ordered their stocking stuffers (oh oh, I will make a solitary post about it, but you can now buy Spoonfuls here…)! Wish I had even an inkling of what I was going to purchase my dear ones :) It’s also a...

This Post is filled with the beautiful loveliness of my amazing mom. First of all, Shabbat Flowers!! It’s such a lovely tradition (& excuse) to have flowers about the house, and it makes the weekend that little bit extra special. A gift for surviving the week! hehehe
So, aside from buying the gorgeous native flowers my mom also sent me this quote which we are pondering over:

Nothing half-baked about these babies...
Well, I figured as I had the fresh blueberries, and as I had to wait anyway, I might as well wait with home-baked snacks!! These Blueberry Muffins are amaaazingly yummy, took a this fresh batch hot out the oven to Mr Visionary & his work mates to have a good old fashioned tea-time with goodies.
The blueberry romance continues…

Well, we’ve only heard this proverb about a billion times, but I’m afraid it’s true this time too.
Much like waiting for a banana to ripen and reach just the right colour. Spoonful has had to go into the colour doctor at the printers to get the colours right. Initial Proofs needed changing twice… but I think we’ve finally fine-tuned it enough for the mags to be...
A Comment on Comments...
Greetings!
Just a little not on commenting. Apparently people are having problems commenting on for the visionaries - and that’s so annoying!! I’m super sorry!
I have tried to reset various functions with Disqus, my comment guys to fix this.
If you’re still having problems, Please PLEASE let me know so I can fix it. I so love hearing from you guys and find it so annoying when...
So! It’s been a truly crazy few weeks/months here at for the visionaries, and I can proudly say that with Spoonful at the printers - YAY!! I’m feeling hugely excited/nervous/chuffed and relieved I completed my promise of creating something based on that post all that time ago…
And as for life? And Inspiration? Well, I guess with business and this insane time of year...
Jacaranda-Gazing & Looking Up...
So, as you guys know, I set up ‘for the visionaries’ based on some miserable (no light at the end of the tunnel) work experiences to remind me, and anyone else who needs the reminder to sit down, look up at the sky and just breathe… (words of a very wise friend of mine in a moment of crisis) &, well, the other day I did exactly that.
Spring is bursting through Sydney...
